01How do I choose a treatment?
Tell us about your everyday makeup and the look you have in mind. At your consultation, we explore the shape, technique and shade that suit you. You do not need to have it all worked out.
02Can I see the shape before we begin?
Yes. Your artist maps the shape and discusses the shade with you first. Width, arch, outline and intensity are agreed together before treatment begins.
03What if I already have permanent makeup?
Mention it when arranging your consultation. Existing pigment and shape affect the options. Your artist will assess the area and discuss a refresh, correction or removal before further treatment.
04How should I prepare?
Your artist will explain preparation and any relevant restrictions at your consultation. Tell them about previous treatments and ask any questions before your appointment.
05Will the colour look final straight away?
The colour immediately after treatment can differ from the healed result. Your artist will explain aftercare and when to return for a review.
06Will I need a touch-up?
We review the healed result before discussing a touch-up. It is a separate appointment, with the scope and fee agreed in advance.
